I expect there is breakfast.

The guard is very strict in the swimming pool, especially for children who don't like to flash the water while swimming even little flashes... I wonder how could you swim without a flash or Pisik2x...

WORST EXPERIENCE YOU CAN IMAGINE - Nightmare

The location is good so far, also the building, however more than 20 years old...- maybe also the pictures shown at booking website..?

Despite the fact that our host agreed on our arrival time we needed to wait at 11 pm for more than one hour to get into the appartment. After that the appartment was full of wet clothes being spread over every thing - the whole appartment was super humid with a smell of mold .... The appartment was not at all cleaned, the bathroom floor was totally wet (I don´t know which fluids..) and a lot of hair spread around. The bed lining was not changed and at 12.10 pm, when the host arrived, for theme everything was ok. When we claimed the dirt we were asked to further wait or to move to another appartment in another building....BEYOND that incredible story they took parts of our swimming equipments divingf mask, ... all in all > $ 400 value - for sure not on purpose... However when we asked them to bring it back, no positive reatcion at all - they give a s..t on their customers

Generally, we enjoyed our stay. For sure, we will book again in this property.

The apartment was clean and easily accessible. I also love how comfy the apartment is and the staff.

What I wanted the property to improve are the lock and toilet. The lock is very difficult to open using the key. You need to exert an effort to open the door. Also, the toilet bowl’s water storage got malfunction in our first day. The maintenance address it but if it could be rechecked by the property owner to make sure that the incident will not happen again.

Amazing!

The unit owner was very helpful. There was a misunderstanding at first as to where the unit key was placed. However, the unit owner helped us in locating the key. The place was very cozy. Lastly, we were able to cook food during our stay. That for me was really good.

What I didn't like is that around 6 or 7 AM, the power connection got cut off. No information that there was a power outage and we're unable to cook for breakfast. This is the only major hiccup that disrupts us in our stay.

I love the infinity pool and the view from there. Awesome!

The Concierge was too strict & discriminating. They treat foreigners well but not their fellow countrymen. They should be more hospitable to anyone coz they’re not that famous yet & not even a 5-star resort either, I guess.

It was home away from home. We enjoyed our entire stay. The room was really nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The owner was really accommodating and friendly. She really made sure we enjoyed our stay.

The beach was a little too far from where we were staying.

Ok for short 1-3 days stay with good proximity of Mactan airport

Food is easy to get locally. There is Starbucks near by., Jollybee and McDonald. Plenty of local eatery's if you don't mind Philippino food. Or you can cook your own as property has facilities pans and dishes. Good food store with plenty of choices for everyone. Nice clean and large pool on the property. 24h security guards. Taxi always available from property to Ayala mall (Cebu) around$10 10 minutes walk to local beach front to which you will need permit given by owner for up to 4 people

Beware of property rules which not listed on the booking page. For instance pool is available only for 2 guest per room. Each extra person need to pay $7. But maximum of 4 people per room. During our stay we lost internet connection for about 24 hours. It appeared owner forgot to pay bill so account was suspended. As a result we lost all means of communication with outside world as well as some important work emails were missed. Host apologized but did not offer any compensation. Only higher up rooms have views of the sea. As we were on the 6st floor we could only see landscape of Mactan island and backyard of the building, not even pool views. Whilst rooms had 2 aircon units, building itself was very hot inside the main lobby and elevators area.
